Return Policy

All custom and special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit and are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Selected regular priced in-stock products will be considered for return within 7 days of purchase. Any product accepted for return must be in original and unused condition (item and packaging) accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will be credited using the original method of payment. Cash and Cheque returns will be processed and mailed out within 14 days. In-stock products or orders accepted for return or cancellation may be subject to a 25% restocking fee

No Returns or Exchanges on the following – all furniture, sale items, special orders, custom orders, altered items, pillows, featherbeds, duvets, mattresses, pillow/mattress protectors and pierced earrings are all considered final sale.
