Description
The Castille is a simple table collection with a strong impact. The tables are made from hand carved solid lateral slices of trembesi hardwood and they retain the natural live edge of the tree. Every table is absolutely unique and crafted with meticulous care in Indonesia. Given the handmade and hand-finished nature of the tables, nicks, splits, cracks, knots and imperfections in the wood are to be expected and celebrated.

Material
Hand carved from solid trembesi or suar wood. The wood is kiln-dried at low heat to impart distinctive cracking and texture; heat-finished wood is ultra-stable and will not crack further with use.
