Designed by Giulio Cappellini, the Dolmen table pays homage to the tradition of classic marble with a contemporary twist influenced by the stylistic nuances of the 1980s. The table features a majestic 3 cm thick marble top, exquisitely supported by two freestanding semi-circular bases made of the same material. This carefully considered interplay of shapes not only enhances the support surface but also provides a remarkably tactile experience, blending timeless elegance with a touch of modern flair.

Trained as an architect in Milan, Giulio Cappellini is a prominent figure in the global design scene. Known for his indomitable spirit and continuous quest for renewal, he contributes to contemporary design through his personal reinterpretation. As the founder of his eponymous brand and an art director for other significant names in the industry, Cappellini has established himself as a trendsetter. His company has served as a launching pad for numerous talents, including Jasper Morrison, Marc Newson, Marcel Wanders, the Bouroullec and Nendo brothers. Beyond his brand, Cappellini is recognized for his popular lectures at international design schools, including Istituto Marangoni, where he also serves as the Art Director. Invited as a visiting professor worldwide, he shares his expertise and insights with aspiring designers.
